Investor Portal
The optional upcoming Investor Portal is a secure website where investors can log in and view key performance metrics, access reports, view documents, and communicate with the property management teams. In a multi-property setup, some investors may have an ownership interest in one or more of the properties in the system. Each investor will have one login and access to all properties in their portfolio.
Metrics
The Investor Portal contains a dashboard of real-time key performance indicators.
Reports
In addition to key performance indicators (KPI), each investor has access to a select list of real-time reports. The reports that each investor can access can be fully customized on a per user basis.
Documents
The Investor Portal contains an area where static documents and property information can be stored for quick and easy retrieval in one place.
