Service Requests

Blue Notch can help your maintenance staff track and prioritize your service requests and help improve and monitor customer service. Service requests can be generated from "Quick Links" anywhere in the system as well as initiated by residents themselves in the resident portal.

"Make Ready" Work Orders

Whenever a unit is vacated, the system can be set up to automatically create a "Make Ready" service request. This is a special type of service request that contains a set of specific tasks that must be completed in order for the service request to be closed out. Upon closing this special service request, the unit will be considered "Ready" and available for move-in.
